This 6x8 watercolor was created on the same backpacking trip as Mogollon Rim. This is an “en plein air“ painting I did of the little marshy pond that was next to our camp spot right up on the Rim. A old forest fire must have left the old trunks lying around, while the new growth poured over from the life that emerged around the pond.
Materials: Gouache on acid-free Fluid cold-pressed paper. Paper size is 6” x 8”, while the painting is 5” x 7'“. This artwork would like great matted and framed, or float mounted. Mat and frame not included.
